In any legal proceeding to enforce rights under this Legal Policy, CyberWall Security, LLC dba CyberWallShield.com shall be entitled to recover from the customer all reasonable costs incurred including staff time, court costs, attorneys fees, outstanding fees and all other related expenses incurred in such litigation.

9. Modifications CyberWallShield.com reserves the right to modify or replace this Legal Policy at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this Legal Policy and/or posting the revised policy on the Service.
